A baby listening to his parents practice, a toddler playing cello and piano, a drummer by the age of 6, dj by the age of 13 - World Record DJ Champion by the age of 25.
Rafik's story is not short on pages. Stacking 6 World Titles, 2 European and 8 national titles this young member of the Lordz Of Fitness Crew (Kid Fresh, Rasgunyado, Rafik and J-Bounce) is a small institution of it's own today, his greatest battle success being the 2007 DMC WORLD DJ CHAMPION title which he accomplished alongside superproducer Le Jad.
Rafik has shared tours, stages and clubnights with the likes of Q-Bert, The Roots, J-Dilla, 2Manydjs, Laidback Luke, Crookers, A-Trak, DJ Craze, DJ Premier, Skream, Klever, Guilty Simpson and M.E.D.
He offers a great variety of styles, be it eclectic club smashing blends, hip hop to breakbeat, rock to electro and a broad variety urban dance music. The technical finesse of a 6 time world champion heavyweight leaves no questions - and since he knows how to work that crowd, you better make sure your barometers are in shape!

It would be a gross understatement to reduce Kid Fresh to just a World class deckwrecker par excellence. This Hong Kong-based, Balkan-blooded German kid is already a living legend in the turntablism circuit, holder of 3 World ITF DJ champion titles and 5 national DMC/ITF titles, and was the founder and mastermind behind one of the planet’s most successful turntablist crews, LORDZ OF FITNESS. He is also a passionate globetrotter, multi lingual journalist, booker and co-promoter/founder of Hong Kong’s 1 indie clubnight PIMPIN’ AINT EASY.
He has appeared on countless international DVDs, press and TV/radio channels, lo-fi bootleg remixed M.I.A., Busta Rhymes, The White Stripes and Lil’ Mama, and released critically acclaimed mixtapes such as for the Swedish music blog Discobelle’s famous Mixin’ It Up series alongside the likes of Crookers and Tittsworth. Sharing decks and clubnights with the likes of Q-bert, Craze, A-Trak, Roni Size and Carl Cox in world-renowned superclubs. He has also been DJing at corporate events for brands such as MTV, TECHNICS, SONY and MOTOROLA. The list goes on and on. His musical style is eclectic and versatile, fusing hip hop with house, electro with rock, dancehall reggae with breakbeats and far beyond, covering the best of all worlds of urban dance music while being able to read any type of crowd with ease. Combined with the technical finesse and abilties of a 3 time World champion DJ, his signature style on the decks remains untouched by most of today’s A-list Club DJs.
